Shipping Policy / Damaged Shipments / Returns
Rallyarmor ships via the United States Postal Service.
All packages are shipped via addresses provided on customers Paypal account or the address that the customer has specified during checkout. If available, the shipping timeframe estimate on each item during the shipping portion of the order process describes how long on average it will take that item to reach you once shipped. Actual shipping time may vary as this process can take a few hours to a few days. Most orders will ship out within 24-48 hours of the items being in stock. For more information about our availability estimates, or to confirm a shipping date please contact us prior to purchasing. It is incumbent upon the purchaser to input the current ship to address.
Rally Armor is not responsible for undelivered, misdirected, misrouted,
Paypal confirmed / unconfirmed or incorrectly addressed packages.
Rally Armor LLC is not responsible for any damage that may
occur to packages during shipment. Please inspect the contents of your
order upon arrival. Any visible damage to the package
should be noted by the carrier on your copy of the delivery receipt and you
must make an insurance claim with the shipping carrier to recover damages/loss
of shipments. You agree not to refuse shipments for any reason. Refused shipments
will be subject to additional shipping charges before replacement items are sent.
All local and international orders shipped may be subject to tariffs, taxes,
and regulations. Rally Armor LLC is not responsible for shipping delays or any additional
fees for such orders. All products are shipped to the address provided by the
customer through Paypal and or the interface on our site. It is the customers responsibility to keep
their shipping information up to date.
Copyright and Trademark
All content included on this site, on our products, and packages such as text,
graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio, video clips and software, is the property of
Rally Armor LLC or its suppliers and protected by Canada, US. and international
copyright laws. All images, photos, logos and text found on rallyarmor.com are not to be copied
or used for personal or business purposes unless written consent has been given
by the principal officers of the company. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are proprietary to
Rally Armor LLC All other trademarks not owned by Rally Armor LLC or its
subsidiaries that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners, who
may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Rally Armor LLC
Any unauthorized use of the materials appearing on this site may violate copyright,
trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties. By submitting your creative ideas, inventions, suggestions, materials or pictures
(your "submission") you grant Rally Armor LLC a royalty-free, perpetual
and irrevocable, license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate,
create derivative works from, distribute, communicate to the public, perform
and display your submission (in whole or in part) worldwide and to incorporate
your submission in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or
later developed without any notice or compensation to you.
Order Acceptance and Submissions
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify
our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.
Rally Armor LLC reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or
decline your order for any reason. Rally Armor LLC reserves the right at any time
after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity
you ordered of any item and adjust your invoice accordingly. Rally Armor LLC
may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
Rally Armor LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or
not the order has been confirmed and your debit/credit card charged. If your
debit/credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is
cancelled, Rally Armor LLC shall immediately issue a credit to your card account in
the amount of the correct price.
When completing your credit card purchase on Rallyarmor.com, your order and credit card information will be processed. Rallyarmor LLC utilizes AVS anti-fraud technology for your protection. The address and zip must exactly match what your card issuer has on file.
If your credit card is declined, a message box will appear on the page with the reason why it was declined. If it is declined as a result of an AVS mismatch, please verify that the billing address information you have entered on the website is an exact match to the billing address information on file with your credit card issuing bank. Transactions declined for any reason may appear on your billing statement as pending transactions. Typically your credit card issuing bank will remove these pending transactions from your account within a few days. These funds are not being held by Rallyarmor LLC.

Off Road Use
All Rally Armor parts are intended for "off road" or race use only. Rally Armor LLC
is not responsible for the use, misuse, mis-installation, or damage to persons, up to
and including loss of life or property from use or installation of items sold by
Rally Armor LLC. It is recommended that all parts be installed by
professionally certified and experienced automotive technicians. Rally Armor LLC
does not provide lifetime guarantees or refunds on its products.
It is not Rally Armor’s policy to either warranty or guarantee products against wear and tear associated
with daily or race type use. Lost, stolen, damaged, second hand or misused products and hardware are the sole responsibility
of the buyer. Any mishandled products/hardware during installation is the sole responsibility
of the buyer and will not be replaced or exchanged without charge.
Hardware not sold separately.
Any support requests must accompany receipt. No exceptions.
Rallyarmor does not accept returns. All sales are final.
Rally Armor LLC reserves the right to make changes to
this site and these terms and conditions at any time.
