In order to complete this install, you will be required to remove the
tires for the first time you install the flaps. The fronts are possible
by turning the steering wheel away from the side you are working on,
but it is quite easier if the tires are removed. Once the clips are
placed over the front wheel wells, the flaps can be removed and bolted
back on at will without having to remove the front tires.
Your mounting hardware
should consist of:
- 6 Clips
- 10 Stainless
Steel Washers
- 6 Short Stainless
Steel Bolts
- 4 Long Stainless
Steel Bolts
- 2 Molybdenum
Spacers
Rear Flaps
Begin by removing
the rear wheel and placing the car on jack stands - (if you can jack
up the car enough to reach the inner bolt you may also choose to install
without tire removal)

Remove the two rear
bolts that hold the liner.

Prepare a long screw
with a washer.

Place rear bushing
on the flap as shown and bolt up loosely (only enough to hold the flap)
You will be adjusting this before you fully tighten.

Bolt flap
Bolt on one of the
short bolts with a washer through the flap into the OEM clip on the
bumper, leave loose.
Loosen/tighten screws
until the bottom flap is perpendicular to the body and ground, and tighten
everything.
(note the rear of the long screw and confirm it is not interfering
with anything from behind)
Mud flaps must be
perpendicular to the ground or they will be at a slight angle when viewed
from the back.

Front Flaps
Remove front wheel
jack car up and place on jack stands (not necessary but quite easier
with tires off
(You may also install
with the tires on the vehicle turned if desired)
Remove clips A
- C
Unbolt D
Remove two front
screws from side skirt in order to bring it down a bit (E)

Pull the side skirt
a bit down and remove the liner material slowly. (Note: the liner material
can easily tear if you push too hard. Work it slowly away from the clips.)

You should have
everything opened up by now.

Place 3 short clips
over A, B, and C
(note "B" is behind the side skirt- Note Version 2 EVo flaps
utilize plastic clips)

Replace liner as
it was before (covering the clips) Bolt the 10mm wheel liner bolt back
(D) Refer to the other side of the car if you need
to recall how it is put back together. Although slightly tricky, you
must replace the liner as it was before the install to avoid rubbing.
.
Bolt the mud flap
as follows (note the long bolt on the side skirt bolt). Install the
two side skirt screws as well.

Replace tire and
repeat for the other side... and enjoy.
