• If purchased directly from Rally Armor, you can also provide an order number.
• If you don’t have a receipt, you can attach a photo (under 5MB) of logo-side flaps in hand.
• This is required to ensure you are ordering the correct replacement parts.
• We will require an account in order to provide a quote, therefore ensure Step 1 above is completed.

• Step 3: Checkout
• Rally Armor will place the replacement parts in your cart and notify you to check out and notify you to check out at your convenience.
  Options include:
• Individual flaps
• Half or full mounting hardware kits
• Mounting brackets

• Notes:
• Mounting hardware is not available for Universal mud flaps.
• Mud flaps and brackets are specific to the application and not interchangeable.
• Replacement hardware quotes are available for mud flap applications they are designed for.

• Rally Armor ships via UPS and FedEx (Ground, 3-Day, 2nd Day, International options).
• Your shipping options are available for selection during checkout.
• Orders generally ship next business day (unless custom/BCE orders), Monday - Friday.
• Orders placed before 10AM EST will most likely ship same day.
• Orders ship from our NYC based manufacturing location.
• A tracking number is provided via e-mail at the time of label creation.
• Tracking is created when your shipping label is printed, and generally scanned later on in the day when the package has reached the main shipping hub. Tracking numbers are also noted on your order history.
• All BCE and custom mud flap combinations are made to order, and we generally ship within 10 business days. Once your order has been completed, a tracking number will be emailed.

• Yes, Rally Armor ships internationally.
• Please be advised that international orders may be subject to your receiving country's import fees, duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees.
• These funds are not paid or charged by Rally Armor during checkout.
• The shipping cost presented at the time of checkout is the cost of physically shipping the item from our NYC location to you.
• Any import duties are determined by your home country's government as per import/export regulations.
• Typically duty, import, taxes and customs charges are due at the time of delivery.

• Rally Armor does not ship to freight forwarders, cargo warehouses, or similar third-party shipping services. We must ship directly to your final residential or business address to ensure safe delivery. Orders addressed to a known commercial freight-forwarder may be canceled.

• There are no exchanges or returns accepted on custom or BCE orders.
• All BCE and custom mud flap combinations are made to order, and we generally ship within 10 business days. Once your order has been completed, a tracking number will be emailed.

• Rally Armor UR: Ideal for lowered vehicles, harsh climates and motorsport use. Manufactured from polyurethane, they are extremely durable, flexible and impact resistant. Unlike rigid mud flaps, our UR application is able to flex and return without straining mounting points on the vehicle in a variety of temperatures.Urethane mud flaps are a standard in motorsports, as they they combine durability, flexibility, and protection against harsh debris, making them ideal for extreme conditions.
  
  
  
• A flexible (not floppy) mud flap will yeild and "give". This allows for a longer mudflap and greater, extended coverage. Typical mud flaps manufactured from harder plastics are unable to be run at an extended length in the same manner.
  
  
  
• The UR application is constructed of a very high grade polyurethane plastic. The surface finish features a smooth gloss like finish when new and naturally mattes over time. These are visual variations that don’t affect flap construction or performance.
  
  
• Much like a tire or any plastic trim on your vehicle, general trim/tire finish products from a local auto parts store can be utilized or left "as is" for a matte look. As a testament to their resilience, there are vehicles that have been utilizing the same mud flap application today for close to two decades since their release in late 2006.
  
  
  
• Motorsport Spec (MSPEC): Manufactured as a thicker universal UR application. Suitable for dedicated off-road motorsports vehicles, Universal mud flaps require custom installation and do not include templates, brackets or mounting hardware.
  
  
  
• Basic: Available as a universal application and select direct fit models, a cost-effective, thinner-gauge poly blend plastic (non UR) option is avaialble.with a UV-treated black plastic finish. Perfect for seasonal, temporary or light-duty use.
  

• To clean Rally Armor mud flaps, use mild soap and water with a soft cloth or sponge -avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive tools and or direct pressure washing of decorated areas.
• Much like a tire or other piece of trim on the vehicle, UR mud flaps naturally matte over time. For a desired glossy or wet look, you can apply a plastic or rubber protectant in the same manner
• Avoid direct pressure washing, wire/scouring brushes, bleach, strong degreasers or solvent-based cleaners - they can degrade decoration or logos on the mud flap.

• Automatic car washes can be utilized, however there are a large variety of automatic car wash designs and machinery used, so this may be best discussed with the manager of the specific car wash, prior to running the vehicle through. 
• Automatic car washes usually have the ability to adjust the wheel cleaning portion of the cycle for your vehicle, and confirm for you prior to running the vehicle through.
  
  
  

• As with any extended mud flap, it is always recommended that additional caution be taken when reversing and parking. Parts can be damaged or dislodged should they get caught in between a the tire and a curb/snow bank etc in a reversal/parking scenario.
  The entire weight of a motor vehicle weighing thousands of lbs is leveraged against the flap and components.
  Additional caution during these maneuvers is advised as Rally Armor is not responsible for lost or damaged flaps.

All Rally Armor products include a hard copy of installation instructions that detail the tools and steps required to install our mud flap applications. PDF versions of installation instructions are also located within each product description of our web site and the main installation page found here.

• Installation can be performed on a flat even ground, and in most cases does not require removal of the tires, although tire removal can ease installation for some users.
• Installation instructions include both text, corresponding images for each step, and exploded diagrams. It is advised to throughouly review prior to performing the installation.
